Here is a taste of the trips our guests have enjoyed over the years. You’ll find plenty to do in and around the local area, and we’re happy to help you plan it — just let us know!
12 Island Tour
A day of idyllic views, swimming (sometimes with turtles), sunbathing, snorkelling and relaxing. You'll be picked up by a minibus at Beyaz and then driven to Gocek, about 40 minutes away. Gocek is an upmarket little resort with a deep harbour where the rich and famous park their yachts.
On arrival, you'll be welcomed on board and offered tea or coffee before setting off. Pick yourself a sunny or shady spot on the deck and chill. The boat stops at several places where you can swim and snorkel in the clear, warm water. Keep an eye out for the tempting ice cream and pancake boats! Lunch is freshly prepared and served at one of the stops.
The Crabbing Trip and Turtle Watching
Board the boat at the lake, then meander through the reeds and out to sea, admiring the sights along the way. After a stop where everyone can swim in the sea, the boat will head back to the lake to see who can catch the most crabs. After mooring up for lunch at the water's edge, you can dip in the lake or walk across to the beach. The final stop is at a part of the lake where hot sulphur beneath the ground makes the water feel warm. During this trip, you’ll get the chance to see Loggerhead Sea Turtles in the wild, and if you're lucky, you may even be able to swim with them!
Waterfall & Breakfast
An early start to be the first to the waterfall! You’ll be picked up from Beyaz by minibus and we’ll drive towards the mountains. A short walk through stunning scenery leads us to the waterfall, where you can enjoy a cool swim in the water.
After a refreshing dip, the minibus will drive to a beautiful mountainous restaurant built over the flowing waters. Tuck into a traditional Turkish breakfast, including eggs, freshly baked bread and cheeses, before heading back to Beyaz.
Moonlight Trip
Set off in the late afternoon for the much-loved moonlight trip. Jump off the boat for a swim in the lake and soak in the mineral-rich mud baths. A freshly prepared dinner will be served as the boat floats on the serene lake.
Come evening, watch as the gentle glow of the sun dips behind the mountains from the deck. Once the sky darkens, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the dazzling stars surrounding the boat — the perfect way to end your enchanting evening on the water.
Fethiye:
Wander around the lovely shops and stunning harbour in beautiful Fethiye. After picking your choice of fish from a fish stall, the owners will take it to the restaurant, where it will be prepared and served up for you to eat! The lively restaurant also includes music and dancing!
A short drive from Fethiye is the ruins of Kayakoy, a village with a rich history. It's been abandoned since 1922 and consists of hundreds of run-down, but mostly standing, Greek houses and churches. Also near Fethiye is the beautiful Oludeniz, whose beach is one of the top 5 most photographed beaches in the Mediterranean. The blue lagoon here is well worth a visit and is pictured below.
